Nicole studied Ayurvedic Medicine at the MMMI College of Ayurveda, graduating with her M.A. in 2016.

She completed her graduate coursework with a focus on Male Infertility as related to Ayurveda and a review of Ayurvedic herbs used in treatment. This was in the hopes of facilitating a better understanding of the potential of using herbs in lieu of pharmaceuticals, which can have side effects and are not always available due to costs.

She has been a student of yoga for many years and has worked in health care at the Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals in Ohio.

She has an interest in Ayurveda for children and teens as well as skin care, which this blog is focused on.

She is available for consultations and can be reached at nicole_ayurveda@yahoo.com or she can be found on the website Ayurveda for Child, Teen, and Adult.

She is passionate about being healthy in body, mind, and spirit in order to fulfill your life goals. Herbs, nutrition, and a deeper insight into personal knowledge of yourself, through the system of Ayurveda can allow you to better understand your, personality, psychology, and physical make up.  From there you can use this information to learn how to better arrange your life, in all ways: dietary and life style choices, psycho-spiritual health that is in line with your own beliefs, and a better understanding of that which balances and that which destabilizes your health can be of a benefit to your life, allowing you to focus more on health, career, and spiritual goals.  Ayurveda can allow you to find balance in order to transform your life. It can help you to better organize your life into a tool to support you and your personal goals and aspirations.
